Day-by-day itinerary
Trek through beautiful montane rainforest. Spot monkeys and exotic birds along the trail.

Rest and acclimatise with a short hike to Zebra Rocks. Crucial for summit success.
Cross the alpine desert to Kibo Huts at the base of the summit cone.
Midnight start for the summit push. Reach Uhuru Peak at sunrise for unforgettable views. Descend to Horombo Huts.
Final descent through rainforest. Receive summit certificates. Transfer to Moshi.
